Our focusAt Eureka! Insights we observe and study how people interact with and experience products, in order to make them more useful and easy to use. We help clients understand how real people use and experience their products, the types of people who use their products, and opportunities for product improvement. The types of products we evaluate include web sites, software applications, printed communications, and hand-held devices. Research methodsWe use a variety of qualitative user research methods, depending on the questions being addressed and the stage of the product developent life cycle. Methods we use most frequently include traditional lab-based usability testing, concept testing, ethnographic field research, and participatory design. We are also experienced in conducting focus groups, heuristic evaluations, card sort exercises, eye tracking studies, and competitive benchmark testing. Insights LLC, has served a number of well-known companies over the last decade, in a variety of industries spanning eCommerce, Finance, Healthcare and pharmaceuticals, Education, Real estate, Travel, and more. Prior to founding Eureka! Insights in 2005, Ms. Leber held positions as Director of User Research at Scient, Lead User Experience Researcher at eBay, and Senior Usability Strategist at Siegel & Gale.
